This site and the El Taller service are operated by Laura Pardo, a natural person based in Bogotá, Colombia, contact el-taller@tankmail.lat. "El Taller" is the name Laura Pardo uses for the food service described here. Using this site means you accept these terms.

This is an informational page about a food service in preparation: premium homemade-style frozen meals and at-home catering for gatherings of up to 50 guests in Bogotá. The only thing you can do here is leave your name and email to be contacted when the service opens.

Nothing on this site is an order, a reservation or a contract for food. No orders, bookings, deliveries, catering dates or payments are available through this site, and submitting the form does not reserve a date, a menu or a price.

When you submit the form you are asking to be contacted. Laura Pardo may write to you about El Taller's menus, dates and prices. Being on the list does not oblige you to buy anything and does not oblige Laura Pardo to serve you: the service may open with different menus, a different coverage area or a different capacity than described here, or it may not open at all.

You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to el-taller@tankmail.lat. There is no cost to join or to leave the list.

By using this site you agree to:

• give your own data, truthfully, and not register someone else's email address;
• not send abusive, unlawful or deceptive content through the form;
• not attempt to interfere with the site, overload it or access data that is not yours.

We may remove a submission and decline to contact an address when these terms are not respected.

The descriptions here — the kind of food, the catering format, the plating, the mention of gatherings of up to 50 guests and of Bogotá as the area served — describe the service as it is being prepared, not a capacity already tested in operation. They are published in good faith and may change while the service is being set up. The prices, menus and conditions that will apply are the ones communicated in writing when the service opens, not the ones you may infer from this page.

The texts, illustrations and design of this site, and the name El Taller as used here, belong to Laura Pardo. You may share and link to the page; you may not copy its content to present it as your own service.

This page is offered as it is, and may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Laura Pardo is responsible for handling your data as described in the Privacy Policy and for answering the contact address above. Beyond that, and to the extent Colombian law permits, Laura Pardo is not liable for decisions you make based on information about a service that has not yet opened.

The data you leave on this site is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy, under Law 1581 of 2012 of Colombia.

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one in force. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and any dispute belongs to the competent courts of Bogotá. For anything about these terms, write to el-taller@tankmail.lat.
